Lawyer Feng Taoholds the
qualification of Senior Corporate Compliance Officer certified by the China
Enterprise Evaluation Association. He is a master's degree holder from the
Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a member of the Communist Party of
China. His main practice areas include real estate and construction, civil and
commercial litigation and arbitration, dispute resolution, and corporate law,
among others.
Lawyer Feng Tao has provided long-term legal advisory
services to several entities, including a service bureau under the State-owned
Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council
and its subsidiaries, a center under SASAC and its subsidiaries, the National
Energy Materials Group and its subsidiaries, multiple real estate development
companies, technology companies, and cultural media companies.
