T.J. had served as chief compliance officer, general counsel at global enterprises including internet companies.

With engineering background and extensive experiences in cyber security and cross-border investment and trade, T.J had managed legal and compliance affairs of jurisdictions including Europe, Southeast Asia, North America and Oceania. He also led a number of international cyber security and data compliance, high-tech M&A and investment, overseas regulatory compliance investigation and disputes. 

T.J. was selected by the Lord Chancellor's Scheme and worked as exchange lawyer at Wilberforce Chambers in London, where participated in a series of international arbitrations and litigations.
