Before joining P.C Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP, Marshall MA served as a staff officer in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army for 21 years, and was twice commissioned to Africa for United Nations peacekeeping missions. After retirement, he passed the nationwide examination and was admitted to the Law School of the Sun Yat-sen University where he pursued a full-time Master of Law degree education, focusing on International Investment Law under supervision of Professor Liang Danni, a well-known Chinese scholar.
