Joy Yin received her
Master of Laws degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has over ten years
of legal practice experience in China. She has long served corporate clients,
with a focus on China–U.S. cross-border business matters and commercial dispute resolution.
Joy has extensive
experience advising companies at different stages of development, including
corporate governance, business decision-making support, commercial dispute
negotiations, major litigation, and complex disputes. She approaches legal
issues from a business-oriented perspective, helping clients identify risks and
implement practical solutions.
For China-based
companies that have established and operate businesses in the United States,
Joy provides ongoing legal coordination and compliance support across key
stages of U.S. operations, including company formation, daily operations, and
dispute and risk management. She has a solid working knowledge of U.S. federal
law and California law and maintains long-term working relationships with
California-based law firms, enabling effective coordination of legal resources
between China and the United States. When needed, she works closely with U.S.
counsel on local litigation and procedural matters.
Joy is fluent in both
Chinese and English, experienced in cross-cultural business environments, and
committed to providing efficient, practical, and client-focused legal services.
