Ms. Li Ruyin is a partner at P.C. Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP. Ms. Li holds a double bachelor's degree in Law and French from Wuhan University, a Master's degree in Corporate Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, and a Master's degree in Economic Law from the University of Geneva. She is a recognized expert in the Zhejiang Provincial Foreign-Related Lawyer Talent Pool, Deputy Secretary-General of the Belt and Road Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Bar Association, and a member of the International Trade Professional Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association. She has received multiple individual awards and commendations from both the Zhejiang Bar Association and the Hangzhou Lawyers Association. For several consecutive years, her work has been recognized as outstanding in the categories of Zhejiang Provincial Foreign-Related Legal Services Products and Foreign-Related Legal Services Cases. Ms. Li's primary practice areas include investment and M&A in French-speaking jurisdictions, international trade, and dispute resolution. She provides ongoing legal services to numerous domestic and international enterprises in areas such as international trade, compliance review, and domestic and overseas investment. She has represented clients in multiple litigation and arbitration cases. Notably, she has conducted host country legal environment research and provided specialized legal services for POWERCHINA HUADONG ENGINEERING CORPORATION on international construction and cross-border investment projects in countries including Comoros, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Congo, and Morocco. She has also provided specialized legal services in construction engineering and real estate to companies such as Yango Group Co.,Ltd , Zhongzhou Holding Group, Insigma Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang DADI Steel Structure Co., Ltd.. Ms. Li holds the Chinese legal practice qualification, as well as qualifications in securities and fund practice. Her working languages are Chinese, English, and French.
