(1) Provided legal support for equity investment transactions and offered comprehensive legal services to clients in relation to ongoing compliance in the capital markets, including AI technology, biotechnology, new materials, culture and entertainment, and manufacturing.

(2) Provided specialized legal services for a listed company’s acquisition of a domestic technology company, including transaction structure design, compliance due diligence, and preparation of transactional documents, with a transaction value exceeding RMB 100 million.

(3) Provided specialized legal services for corporates investments in overseas companies and for the acquisitions of non-publicly issued convertible bonds of overseas companies, with each transaction exceeding USD 10 million. Clients included listed companies and angel investors.
