Mr. Wang Siyuan’s clientele includes major Hollywood studios, leading PRC entertainment companies, prominent artists both in China and abroad, emerging Chinese artists, internationally renowned AI enterprises, major U.S. sports companies, as well as world-class classical artists, orchestras and music festivals. He focuses on advising clients on film financing (including development, production and distribution), gaming, music, advertising, artist management, theme parks, concerts and live performances, IP licensing and distribution, AI model compliance and development, import and distribution of sports merchandise, and regulatory compliance for foreign investors in the Chinese entertainment industry.

Mr. Wang also has extensive experience advising on general corporate matters, overseas investment structures, capital markets, as well as M&A and investment transactions for clients in the entertainment industry.

Working Experience：

Prior to joining Zhonglun W&D as a partner in 2026, Mr. Wang Siyuan worked with the entertainment law team of another top-tier PRC law firm from 2014 to 2021. Between 2021 and 2023, he joined the studio of a world-famous film director as Director Assistant, supporting the development and creation of film and television projects, and assisting with daily business administration and legal affairs. In 2023, Mr. Wang returned to the legal profession, continuing to focus on providing legal services to clients in the culture, media and entertainment industry.
