Mr. Li Zhengming is the Party Secretary, Executive Committee Member, and Senior Partner of Zhong Lun W&D Law Firm, where he also serves as Director of the ADR Legal Committee. He is qualified as an arbitrator, mediator, and independent director. Entering the financial and insurance industry in 1989, he has held positions at the People's Bank of China, the former PICC Group (later restructured into entities such as China Life, PICC, China Taiping, and China Re), Taiping Insurance, and Minsheng Life Insurance, accumulating 37 years of experience in financial management and legal services both at home and abroad. His practice focuses on dispute resolution and non-litigation matters across insurance and finance, private equity, and wealth management and family trusts.
