Attorney Hu Ruiqin earned her bachelor’s degree in law from Zhengzhou University and her master’s degree in civil and commercial law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Since beginning formal practice in 2013, she has spent 13 years specializing in high-end and cross-border family law matters. With deep theoretical knowledge and extensive hands-on experience, she handles cross-border divorce disputes, cross-border child custody cases, cross-border property division, cross-border marital and prenuptial property agreements, as well as divorce cases involving high-net-worth individuals, complex property division, partition, and inheritance matters in China. She is dedicated to providing clients with professional, efficient, and prudent dispute resolution solutions.
