Dr. Yangyang Huang is a Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property Department at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm Shanghai Office. • Successfully represented a Chinese high-tech enterprise in winning a trademark opposition lawsuit in Canada, safeguarding the client’s ownership of core overseas trademark rights.
