Attorney Huang Minyan officially began her legal practice in
January 2014. Since her admission to the bar, she has handled hundreds of
litigation cases and accumulated rich practical experience in both litigation
and non-litigation matters across multiple fields including construction
engineering, marriage and family law, shareholder rights, and criminal
proceedings. Concurrently, Attorney Huang serves as legal counsel for multiple
private enterprises, providing comprehensive legal services such as labor
employment management, negotiated termination agreements, contract review,
investment and financing advisory, and criminal defense representation. Her
extensive experience serving private enterprises has honed her expertise in
resolving complex legal issues.
Committed to public welfare, Attorney Huang has been invited by

regularly participates in legal education initiatives organized by trade unions
and community organizations, particularly public benefit campaigns focused on
