• 1.Beijing iQiyi Technology Co., Ltd. v. Shenzhen Juwangshi Technology Co., Ltd. (Unfair Competition Dispute) – This case is hailed as "the first case in China where video aggregation and deep-linking conduct was held to constitute unfair competition." It was selected as one of the "Most Research-Worthy Intellectual Property Adjudication Cases of 2015," one of the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Cases of 2016 by Shanghai Courts," one of the "50 Typical Intellectual Property Cases of 2016 by Chinese Courts," and was published in the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court, Issue No. 12, 2016.
• 2.A certain Electronics Co., Ltd. – Defense in a copyright infringement lawsuit arising from an exhibition event – This case was selected into the first volume of the Selected Case Compilation of Shanghai Foreign-Related Legal Services, co-edited by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Shanghai Bar Association.
• 3.Henan Baihua Film & Television Co., Ltd. v. Shanghai Juli Media Technology Co., Ltd. (Dispute over the Right of Communication through Information Networks) – The awarded damages in this case exceeded the statutory cap on compensation in copyright dispute cases, securing economic damages of RMB 5.28 million for the client.
• 4.Beijing iQiyi Technology Co., Ltd. v. Shanghai Wanmu Business Consulting Co., Ltd. (Dispute over Infringement of the Right of Communication through Information Networks) – This case is recognized as "the first private cinema copyright infringement case in China" and was named one of the Top Ten Copyright Model Cases of 2016 in Shanghai.
• 5.Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. v. Shanghai Zhencai Multimedia Co., Ltd. (Dispute over Infringement of the Right of Communication through Information Networks) – In this case, the court held that the defendant's act of circumventing technological protection measures to set up links constituted copyright infringement. The case was named one of the Top Ten Copyright Model Cases of 2018 in Shanghai.
• 6.Figaro Sensing Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. v. Shenzhen Yuanjian Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Mingsen Hengda Electronics Co., Ltd. (Trademark Infringement Dispute) – A favorable judgment was obtained, successfully establishing joint liability of the two defendants and securing damages of RMB 1 million.
