Prior
to private practice, he served as a Judicial Assistant in the Second Civil
Division of Lianyungang Intermediate People’s Court. He participated in the
full proceedings of over one hundred civil and commercial cases and assisted
the division chief in drafting more than one hundred judgments and rulings. He
possesses an in-depth understanding of judicial reasoning, rules of evidence
admission and case trial practices of courts, supported by solid legal

Xiangya Hospital, Hunan), the criminal appeal of Fang Mou involving
gang-related crimes in Bazhong, Sichuan, the criminal appeal of Zhou Mouping
concerning gang-related organized crimes in Jiangxi, the criminal accusation
case of Li Moushan on rape charges in Panzhou, bankruptcy liquidation matters
of multiple enterprises in Jiangjin, Chongqing, the case of Li Mouhai suspected
of intentional destruction of property in Sanya, as well as a wide range of
civil and commercial disputes.
