Ms. Ai's practice sits at the intersection
of family and corporate matters. Because a business-owning family's core assets
often comprise both family property and corporate equity, she handles family
matters—divorce, succession, marital property
agreements and estate planning—alongside corporate
disputes—equity nominee arrangements, equity transfers,
shareholder information rights and corporate control—and
coordinates litigation, arbitration and enforcement to deliver workable
solutions that balance family relationships and corporate governance.
In addition to dispute resolution, Ms. Ai
regularly serves as general counsel to companies in the media, culture and
biomedical technology sectors, with experience in artist representation, film
and television copyright, business compliance and day-to-day contract
management. She also advises on cross-border family and property disputes
involving Hong Kong and Macao.
Ms.
Ai received her LL.B. from Beijing Jiaotong University and her Master of Social
Work from The University of Hong Kong. Her dual training in law and social work
helps her balance legal outcomes with the long-term stability of family
