Mr. LIANG Yingxiu, the Communist Party Committee secretary and professor of the Law School of Beijing Normal University has issued a letter of appointment as a part-time professor to Attorney CHEN Wen, the founding partner of Zhonglun W&D on September 3, 2020. A letter of appointment was also issued to Attorney ZHANG Haijun, a member of the Executive Committee and senior partner of Zhonglun W&D was appointed as an off- campus graduate tutor by Professor LIANG Yingxiu on the same day.
