To implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, develop and practice whole-process people’s democracy, and advance scientific, democratic, and law-based legislation, the Department of Justice of Hunan Province, in accordance with the requirements of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, and the provincial Party committee and government, determined the list of grass-roots legislative contact points for 2024–2026. Two law firms in Hunan Province were selected, including Beijing Zhong Lun W&D (Changsha) Law Firm.
