Recently, China Coal Tendering Co., Ltd. issued the Notice of Award for the qualification review of non-litigation legal counsels for China National Coal Group Corporation. Zhonglun W&D Law Firm was successfully selected for Lot 1 (Mergers, Acquisitions, and Reorganizations) to provide legal services related to investment M&A, restructuring, reorganization, and bankruptcy liquidation for China National Coal Group Corporation and its affiliated enterprises. Prior to this, Zhonglun W&D Law Firm had already been shortlisted for China National Coal Group’s panel of external law firms for dispute resolution legal services.

This project was led by a team including Senior Partners Zhongguo Lin and Jian Wu, and Partner Fang Wang.  China National Coal Group Corporation is a key state-owned enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
