Mr.Zhang is mainly engaged in corporate legal affairs. For many years, he has served as a legal counsel for large enterprises such as R&F Properties, Mr. Guorui Real Estate, Amoi Electronics, Landi Garment, South Beauty Catering, and Trek Bicycle; He has also provided legal training for hundreds of companies invited by the State Food and Drug Administration and The Training Center of Renmin University of China. With his research and the fruitful results in corporate risk management, he has been repeatedly invited in the legal risk control seminar which is jointly organized by the China Law Society and the Taiwan Chinese Legal Risk Research Association.

In the field of litigation, he pays great attention to the case of product quality damage compensation. He once represented and won Chinas first case in which the consumer suing a car company for the death caused by the failed airbag protection. The case was highly influential in the public.

Mr.Zhang is passionate about public welfare. Since 2004, he has questioned and criticized through public media the "China Famous Brand Selection System" and "National Product Exemption System", which are dominated by the government. This was highly concerned by the public, and those systems were ultimately cancelled in 2008 with joint efforts by the public and scholars
